• Initiate pilot programs with vetted startups
• Access subscription-based features
• Participate in enterprise feedback programs

Startup Organizations

Startup users participate as solution providers and may:

• Submit solutions for marketplace listing
• Participate in pilot programs with enterprises
• Access feedback and development tools
• Undergo verification processes

3. Pilot Marketplace Usage

When participating in pilot programs, users agree to:

• Engage in good faith negotiations
• Provide honest feedback and evaluations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality as required
• Follow platform payment and dispute processes

4. Fend Labs Beta Programs

Beta program participants agree to:

• Provide constructive feedback on experimental features
• Understand that beta features may be unstable
• Not use beta features for production purposes
• Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased features

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Fend.ai necessary rights to operate the platform. Users agree not to:

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Share confidential information without permission
• Reverse engineer platform features

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

For paid services, users agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner

• Notify us of billing disputes within 60 days
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable
