Payment Terms

1. Subscription Fees

Platform access requires an active subscription. Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selected plan.

Enterprise Plans

• Monthly: $100 per month (5 pilots included)
• Annual: $1,000 per year (unlimited pilots, save $200)

Startup Plans

• Monthly: $10 per month
• Annual: $100 per year (save $20)

2. Pilot Program Fees

In addition to subscription fees, pilot programs may incur transaction-based fees:

• Payment processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• Platform service fee: 5% of pilot contract value
• Escrow service fee: 1% of total pilot amount

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• ACH bank transfers (US accounts only)
• Wire transfers for enterprise customers
• Corporate procurement for qualified organizations

4. Billing Cycle and Due Dates

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month
• Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary date
• Pilot fees are charged upon contract execution
• All payments are due immediately upon invoicing

5. Late Payments and Penalties

Late payment terms:

• Grace period: 5 business days from due date
• Late fee: $25 or 1.5% of outstanding amount (whichever is greater)
• Service suspension: After 15 days past due
• Account termination: After 30 days past due

6. Refunds and Credits

Our refund policy:

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Unused pilot funds may be refunded upon request
• Service credits may be issued for platform downtime
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days

7. Tax Responsibilities

Users are responsible for applicable taxes:

• Sales tax will be added where required by law
• International users responsible for VAT and local taxes
• Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation

8. Payment Processing

Payment processing details:

• Payments processed securely through Stripe and other certified providers
• Credit card information is encrypted and not stored on our servers
• Failed payments will trigger automatic retry attempts

9. Pilot Escrow Services

For pilot programs, we provide secure escrow services:

• Funds are held in FDIC-insured accounts
• Release upon milestone completion and verification
• Dispute resolution for contested deliverables

10. Changes to Payment Terms

We may modify payment terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
